El-Rufai elements in Aso Villa working against APC- Aisha Buhari

On her Instagram page, Nasir el-Rufai, the governor of Kaduna, was interviewed by Aisha, the wife of President Muhammadu Buhari.

El-Rufai claimed earlier on Wednesday that some in Buhari’s administration are striving to ensure that the All Progressives Congress (APC) loses the presidential election in an interview with Channels Television.

“Our party is not represented by the majority of those in the villa. El-Rufai had stated, “I think there are forces in the villa who want us to lose the election because they didn’t get their way.

El-Rufai claimed that the Aso Rock saboteurs were people who had bitterly supported losing candidates in the party’s presidential primaries.
On Wednesday, hours after El-appearance Rufai’s on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily, Aisha posted the footage to Instagram.

“#longlivethefederalrepublicofnigeria,” wrote the President’s wife, who also heads Tinubu’s female campaign team, in the post’s caption.

El-Rufai claimed that the anonymous individuals are currently obstructing their interests by posing as President Buhari.

The president’s wife, meantime, had made a number of public complaints about fifth columnists in the presidential house.

They are working to ensure that we lose the election, and they are concealing their efforts beneath the president’s commitment to upholding moral principles.

Aisha hinted in October 2016 that she would not support Buhari’s reelection campaign because she believed the president was under the influence of some people.

She claimed that “evil people” have taken control of the nation from those who are “supposed to be in charge” in December 2019.

“I’ll give two examples. First, we all decided that the fuel subsidy, which is costing the nation trillions of Naira, would be eliminated.

In fact, I explained to the president why it needed to be eliminated during our conversation. Because it is impossible to spend N2 trillion on petroleum subsidies while having a capital budget of N200 billion for federal roads. When the subsidy issue started to get worse in 2021, I had this talk with the president. He was persuaded. We went. It evolved. Governmentwide agreement led to a change.

“This currency makeover is the second example I’ll use. You must comprehend the president. The Central Bank Governor is being held responsible for the redesign of the currency, but No.

“You need to go back and consider Buhari’s inaugural address as president. He did this; the Buhari-Idiagbon administration changed our currency covertly in an effort to find individuals hiding illicit monies. It has the best of intentions. It is the President’s right. However, doing so now, within the allowed time, is neither politically nor economically sensible.

El-Rufai: some people in Aso Rock working against Tinubu’s presidency

According to Kaduna Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, is being attacked by some forces in Ask Rock.

On Wednesday, he answered questions during the Sunrise Daily program on Channels Television.

At a rally in Ogun State, Tinubu accused some government officials of working as fifth columnists to undermine the party’s electoral prospects by mismanaging the gasoline and new naira note crises.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor Godwin Emefiele extended the deadline for getting rid of the outdated naira notes a few days after his outburst.

He claimed they were conspiring to thwart Tinubu’s election-day triumph.
